How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

To change your subscription plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings via the Profile icon in the the top right corner of your Bento account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your Subscription Settings
  3. Select the desired plan and confirm the change

When a plan upgrade occurs, we will process a payment, prorated for the number of days left in your current billing cycle, directly from your Bento account balance. On first day of the following billing cycle, you will be billed in full from your Bento account balance at the new plan rate.

If you are trying to downgrade your plan, you may first need to delete cards from your account before the downgrade capability is available.

While you are on your free trial, you can add as many cards as you need, up to 100. When your free trial ends, you will automatically be billed from your Bento account balance based on the total number of cards on your account.
