Accept a Bento Pay™ Payment

After a Bento user sends a Bento Pay™ using your email address, an email will notify you of the payment.

Clicking through this email will take you to a secure landing page where you will have the option of accepting or declining the payment.

Once payment is accepted, you will be given the option to accept payment as either a Bento Pay™ - One-Time Use Virtual Card or a Bento Pay™ - Bank Transfer using your banking information.

Bento Pay™ - Bank Transfer

To receive direct deposit to your bank account, select Bento Pay™ Bank Transfer from the secure  payment landing page. 

You will then be prompted to supply your bank account and routing numbers. This information is secured and not in any way visible to the Bento user who issued the payment. 

An ACH transfer will be initiated once the bank information is submitted. 

Bento Pay™ - One-Time Use Virtual Card

Bento Pay™ one-time use Virtual Card allows you to accept a payment without providing any banking information. It is important to note that this card information is only good for a SINGLE transaction, and is intended to be run on your own point-of-sale system. If there is a remaining balance on the card following the first use, that balance will be RETURNED to the Bento user who paid you.
