Bento Admins can monitor the account and make changes as needed through the Bento mobile app—dependent on their Admin Permissions setting.
Custom permissions can be set for each Admin, allowing them a range of full access to all areas of your Bento account to restricted access to view only certain sections or with no access at all. To edit these permissions, go to the "Manage" dialogue and select "Edit".

If you would like to completely remove access from an Admin, go to the "Manage" dialogue and select "Delete." This will remove their ability to log in as well as cancel their card.
To add a Bento Admin, go to the "Admins" page, and click on the "Add an Admin" button. You will need to provide their first and last name, their date of birth, their email and phone number. You will also have the option to add a free card for the new Admin.
Bento Admins can have full access to your Bento account and can see all transactions and control spending restrictions on cards. Additionally, Bento Admins can deposit funds, edit the linked bank account, order cards, and handle every single detail of your Bento account.
Account access and permissions for Bento Admins can be changed anytime by editing Admin Permissions.
