How can I reset a forgotten password?
If you forget your password and are unable to login to your account to reset your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the login page.
An email will be sent to your email address with further instructions. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to find the email from email@example.com.
If you cannot access the email address associated with your Bento account, please contact your email service provider to regain access to the email account first.
How can I update my current password?
If you are able to log into your account and would just like to change or update your password you can do so from 'Account Settings' when you log into your Bento account.
You can change your password by clicking the 'Update password' button under the 'My Information' section.
Passwords must meet the following requirements:
- minimum of 8 characters
- at least one uppercase and at least one lowercase letter
- at least one number or at least one symbol
