Automatic Deposits is a feature that allows you to schedule deposits to your Bento account. There are two different types of Automatic Deposits:
Periodic Reload: Use this feature to schedule reloads to your Bento account at a chosen frequency. To use this feature, go to your Funds page and find "Periodic Reloads" within the Automatic Deposits section and click the "Manage" drop down on the right and select "Setup". You can choose to deposit funds on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Enter the desired deposit amount, which should be between $10 and $5,000. You can then choose the frequency of the reloads. Click "Save" to start using the Periodic Reload feature. If you want to pause it or turn it off at any time, just switch the On/Off button to Off.
Low Balance Reload : Use this feature to schedule reloads to your Bento account when your available balance falls beneath a certain amount that you choose. To use this feature, go to your Funds page and find the Low Balance Reload section.
Type in the amount you want to load in the "Reload my account with" section, and the trigger amount in the "When my balance is less than" section. Then click "Save" to start using the Low Balance Reload feature. If you want to pause it or turn it off at any time, just switch the On/Off button to Off.
Note on Low Balance Reload: If your balance is below the threshold you've set when you turn it on, upon turning on your Low Balance Reload, you will be prompted to also initiate a regular fund reload to bring your Available to Spend above the set low balance threshold. If a reload is already in process, that reload amount will be taken into consideration before the low balance reload is initiated (e.g. a $1000 reload that is PROCESSING will be considered in the Available to Spend while determining if the threshold has been crossed).
