Automatic Reloads is a feature that allows you to automatically add funds to your Bento account. There are two different types of Automatic Reloads:
Periodic Reload: Use this feature to automatically reload funds to your Bento account at a chosen frequency. To use this feature, go to your Funds page and find the Periodic Reload section. You can choose to reload funds on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Enter the desired reload amount, which should be between $10 and $5,000. You can then choose the frequency of the reload. Click "Update and Turn On" to start using the Periodic Reload feature. If you want to pause it or turn it off at any time, just switch the On/Off button to Off.
Low Balance Reload: Use this feature to automatically reload funds to your Bento account when your available balance falls beneath a certain amount that you choose. To use this feature, go to your Funds page and find the Low Balance Reload section. Type in the amount you want to load in the "Reload my account with" section, and the trigger amount in the "When my balance goes below" section. Then click "Update and Turn On" to start using the Low Balance Reload feature. If you want to pause it or turn it off at any time, just switch the On/Off button to Off.
Note on Low Balance Reloads: If your balance is below the threshold you've set when you turn it on, it will not initiate automatically (the reload system detects when the threshold has been crossed). You should initiate a regular fund transfer to bring your Available to Spend above the threshold and then turn on the Low Balance Reload. Also, if a transfer is already in process, that transfer amount will be taken into consideration before the low balance reload is initiated (e.g. a $1000 load in process will be added to the Available to Spend before determining if the threshold has been crossed).
