Most card related actions will be taken from the Cards page. If you are an Admin, you will need to be granted Full Access permissions to access and make any changes on the Cards page.
Click the "Add Card" button in the upper left corner of the screen. You'll have the option to create a new Employee or Utility card.
Entering an employee's email address will grant that cardholder access to the Bento mobile app. The Bento mobile app will allow employees the ability to monitor their transactions, tag transactions, and upload receipts to their card transactions.
Utility cards only require you to select a nickname for the card (ex: Employee 1, Petty Cash, Marketing Expenses) which will be printed on the card.
IMPORTANT: Utility card holders CAN NOT use the Bento mobile app.
For both Employee and Utility cards, Spend Limits, Categories, and other card controls can be set and changed on the card at any time, in real time.
