How do I Set or Change A PIN on a Bento Card?

When using your Bento for Business Visa® Debit Card, you may select either Debit or Credit as an option. When you select Credit, there is no need to enter a PIN (personal identification number). However, if you do want to set a PIN, you can do so by calling the number on the back of the card (855-547-2896) and following the recorded voice prompts. Your PIN can also be changed at any time by calling the same number.

Please Note: If you are an employee using an employee card, you will need to verify your phone number and date of birth. If you are using a utility card, this will require the Business Owner's personal information in order to set a PIN.

For an Employee card in the employee name, you will need:

  • Employee Date of birth (in the form of MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Card expiration date
  • Shipping zip code
  • Mobile phone number (number associated with the employee)

For a Business Owner/Officer or Utility card, you will need

  • Business Owner Date of birth (in the form of MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Card expiration date
  • Last 4 of SSN (of the Business owner on the Bento Account)
  • Shipping zip code
  • Mobile phone number (number associated with the business owner)
