How do I Cancel My Account?

While we do hate to see you go, if the time comes that you no longer need your Bento account, you can cancel your account by reaching out to us at support@bentoforbusiness.com .

The request must come from the email address of the Business Owner/Officer that signed up for the account originally. Canceling your Bento account will also cancel all Bento cards tied to the account. Any remaining funds in the account will be returned to the original funding source from which the funds came after all pending transactions have been settled.
