How Do I Read Your Monthly Statement?

  1. Each statement covers the entire month.
  2. This is your Start Balance at the beginning of the month.
  3. This is your account balance at the beginning of July 2nd.
  4. Notice the (Pending) Transaction Date may be from last month, but these transactions are included in this statement because they were settled on July 1st and affected the Ledger Balance on July 1st.
  5. We show you every single day of the month, regardless of activity. Here, no transactions were made on July 2nd.
  6. Any fund load will appear as a credit (+) in your statement.
  7. This is your Closing Balance at the end of the month.
  8. On the last page of your statement, you will see a summary of your Ledger Balance, Total Debit and Total Credit in the statement period.
